FOSCHINI GROUP ( BASH) SYSTEM NOT WORKING

Hi,

So on Saturday i went to Foschini wanted to buy pants. Only to find that there was no size at that specific shop. I asked the lady at the till to check where I can get it and also can it be sent to Centurion Mall. She told me she can't do that I must order online to avoid delays but guess what "BASH" the online platform that Foschini group use is useless it does not work. Even the contact number does not go through same as the email address.

Foschini, please train your people customer service and also fix this online platform.
