Foschini Group BAD service

Probably should not be amased at the service from these people. I cancelled my account more than a year ago and continued to receive a statement for R23 monthly. After numerous attempts to find out why I resolved to HelloPeter and got a response from someone that they will sort out the issue. I paid the outstanding amount and thought that was it. Now I received an account for R53.95. When contacting customer support, the phone gets put down every time they hear the words 'closing account' - 3 times in a row. HOW DO I RESOLVE THIS ISSUE??????
