Pre-ordered an Xbox expecting it to be delivered on the release date (like every other retailer) only to find that it hasn't even shipped on the date.

Send emails (which they take 24 hours to respond to) telling me it will be shipped 3-10 working days later (WHAT???)

This is meant to be a major retailer in SA and they can't get a simple thing like this correct. The arrogance that goes with it is simply astounding.

Will never purchase anything from their online platforms again
