I cancelled all the club magazines in July 2018, the magazines stopped coming to me, yet I still paid for them until Feb 2019. I have been passed from pillar to post with these people in trying to get money back to me that is owed to me. In February it was R667.20 + interest. I have sent emails, I have phoned, all to no avail. If I don't make a payment there is a good chance I would be handed over, yet when the roles are reversed it's like trying to get blood out of a stone. NOT ACCEPTABLE. What is a person supposed to do?
