Foschini Greenacres is the pits of customer service!!!!!

I write this review more as a concerned customer and disappointed one. I ordered few items on the Bash website and delivery order was for foschini greenacres in Port Elizabeth, my mom listed as the recipient. My mom got there, first thing the staff is unfriendly when asking for assistance you cannot say to a customer thats not my job, what you need to do is to call the relevant person to assist the customer with the query, secondly my mom got to the tills, i had sent her 3 delivery notifications but she was having a problem accessing them, i asked her to hand the phone to the consultant assisting, she refused to answer the phone and said she cant help my mom, i could hear she was dismissing my mom and said she doesn't have orders there. My mother tried to tell her many times that theres more order numbers, eventually she decided to havee a look and all 3 of the items were there. Now my problem is refusing to assist the elderly and also the rudeness, that is a customer she is supposed to leave the shop satisfied. Please train your staff, as your service is pathetic at that shop, i once came down from Cape Town and received pathetic service as well, that foschini store is the pits!!!!
