I would like to express my huge displeasure at the conduct and lack to none of professionalism of the above store manager at one of your biggest retail stores.

I returned an item bought with a credit card 2weeks back and mentioned that I have lost the slip but do have the transaction on my bank app. At first I was treated like I stole the item, and next I was pushed to replace the item with another as items with no proof are not returnable, according to her. When that argument didn’t suffice she said that her staff don’t have the time to go through piles of papers that’s why I should have kept the slip.

It was only until I mentioned one of the businesses’ senior managers for who worked with my husband in the same group TFG that she restrained herself, although proceeding to say I can complain to him if I want to.

I am an executive at a big establishment and even as a normal human being, I do not take kindly to being treated with such disdain and utter respect.

She represents a group of leaders which smaller stores should look up to, to hold and respect the integrity of the business and its values.

With the little I know about TFG I do not deem this conduct acceptable and good business conduct and would like you to send a strong warning to such individuals to not treat the business as a ****a shop.
