Foschini Gateway and Istore collections

I purchased my iphone6s for cash at Foschini Gateway in May 2020 In july 2020 the phone overheated and just went blank.. i took my iphone with the box and proof of payment to Foschini.. They have been unable to assist me since the 15 July because there seems to be a problem with my apple ID.. My phone is still with Foschini, unatended . And they have advised they cannot help me further in order to book my iphone for repairs..Im sooo sad with the level of service from Foschini Gateway and Apple istore. My R5000 down the drain within 2 months of owning an Iphone just like that. Regards Zama *** ***
