Foschini **********ly opened an account in my name and purchased stuff on it

I went to a Foschini store in Groblersdal to try and open an account, and I was told that I was blocked from the system and cannot have an account open, they will contact the headoffice to try and get the block removed. But then to my suprise, I received a message from Foschini saying that I owe the 4425,26 rands, I called Foschini and I was advised to go open a case and provide a case number and they will do their own internal investigations. Today I got an email saying the matter was closed because I did not provide them with the case documents of which I emailed them last year on the 12th of December 2022 to *** and still have the email copy in my email. I have rep**** on their disgusting email today quoting the email with attachments.

This is affecting my credit rating and *****ing my name. I do not understand how difficult can it be to find who purchased at that store and who authorised the purchase on which card because I was told I was blocked by such an institution.
