Foschini Finrite Cellphone Insurance Claim

I made a cellphone insurance claim on the 18th of November at Foschini in Vangate and they told that the Finrite customer service agent will contact me within 72hrs regarding my claim.

Today is the 4th of December and I haven't received any call from Finrite Foschini Group. I contacted them twice and their agents said they will call me back but still nothing. I even send an email still no response.

I don't understand why Finrite Foschini makes it difficult for us customers to make claim for the insurance we've been paying for.
