FOSCHINI FAULT PHONES

After waiting for a long time for Foschini for the phone which they took for repairs, they contacted me saying they repaired the phone I need to pay R4OO which was ridiculous as the phone was fault within 3 months of original sale. I the contacted HELLO PETER and within 2 days I got the call from Foschini saying I shouldn't worry about paying anymore. The phone will be available for collection at the store.

I went to collect the phone and paid nothing, they gave me the slip that shows the battery has been replaced and the also did Software updates. They phone came back worse that it was, battery was staying longer but couldn't do anything as it just restarting and resetting the whole time. I took the phone to the store again and I am still waiting. I am very disappointed on Foschini. I would advice everybody to stay away from their phone.
