Foschini - Fastway Couriers

While this review is more for Foschini's choice of transporter, i have had no feedback from them either regarding my online order. The order has been out on delivery since last week Tuesday and then returned to depot each and everyday since. Perhaps there needs to be more of a system whereby Foschini ensures their customers parcels are delivered timeously? My parcel is yet again out for delivery today but I bet it won't ever arrive...
