FOSCHINI FAILURE
My mom passed away in September 2015. We went into to Foschini Vangate Mall to hand in all the documents for the claim. I called in to follow up and was told we didnt hand in all the documents which we had at the time of our visit. All the documents was taken in again and to no surprise no communication. The documents was misplaced by one of the staff members. Since then we have been receiving laywers letters and no commuication from Foschini. I have been emailing and calling Avina Jooste at Head Office with no replies to my mails. I am disgusted in the way Foschini has treated us during such a difficult emotional time when losing parent...
