Foschini Eyethu mall staff needs customer service training

What a terrible experience I had at Foschini Eyethu Mall, the lady Agnes was soooo rude I bought a tablet and brought it back the following day because it was faulty, the lady tried to shift the blame to me, saying that i was doubting to buy the table that's why I brought it back A lot happened there, even worse the was no management to resolve the issue in a decent way
