Foschini Eastrand Mall Staff

My mom wanted to exchange her item; on arrival at the store the cashiers showed no interest in assisting. The one later called her manager to assist with the refund. The cashiers and the manager proceeded to speak in their language about the refund and made a joke of it. I feel like this was completely unprofessional and I didn't appreciate it at all. My mom is a regular customer and I know for a fact that she won't ever go to the Foschini at the Eastrand mall again. Bad, bad service!
