Foschini Eastgate stole my money and my perfume!!!

I'm very frustrated at this point as I had a very bad experience at Foschini Eastgate mall. Last week I bought a perfume..Carolina Hereira the good girl which was the 50 ml for 1200 after getting their 20% special. The following day I sprayed the perfume as its something that I have used before... I was surprised that the smell was not lasting as I know it to be.. I then put it back in the box together with the slip and decided to take it back.. Because I was not available on the following day I took it back on the 11 August 2019..i was assistted by a lady who decided to call the manager or supervisor not sure his name is Jededia.... They told me their policies and I told them I'm not gonna take the perfume it's either I get something else of they refund me my money as I had bought it cash. He also called another woman who had so much Attitude and she basically just did not help as she was talking nonsense. It's been 4 days no one is calling mr to tell me what is going on as they said they gonna perform tests to see if maybe there's a fault with the perfume????

I don't even know how to begin to express my disappointment in Foschini.. No customer s****s at all after paying so much no one is calling me for an update
