Foschini eastgate poor service chit chatting instead of working ***)

I was at foschini on the 6th of November 2020 at 11:30...to exchange a product the was only one lady in the tills to assist me I had to wait for 20 minutes to get assist and when she called authorization for my sale she didn't come I had to wait for 30 minutes for her when she came she didn't greet me she was busy pressing her phone while assisting me...very poor service at foschini eastgate mall...I doubt I'll ever visit their store ever again.
