FOSCHINI EASTGATE MALL

I have never in my life felt so belittled and humiliated by people who are supposed to provide customer service to a paying customer! I went to Foschini to pick up a dress that was put aside for me by Mall of Africa. when I get there I advise the ladies and a gent in front that I'm here to pick up a dress so they ignored me then Akona responded and asked if its a Luella dress I responded Yes it is, she advised that ohky wait il go fetch it for you do you want to fit it I reply Yes again. she then severed 3-4 customers while I was waiting in the fitting room que then moved. so im waiting there thinking she's fetching the dress after 5min I ask the gent where is Akhona I'm still waiting for her he says she's coming after 10 min again I ask where is she they all look at me as if I'm crazy no one responds I'm like guys can someone assist me I need to get the dress so I can fit and leave only then the get says his going to look for her only for him to also disappear. 5 min later I request assistance from someone else and only then they send someone to fetch the dress while I'm waiting Akhona appears in the opposite direction from the office and says ow you still waiting for your dress as if she has forgot about me she then finally fetches the dress. So I pay and leave while on my way out 3 ladies are by the door and one of them say's 'Why is is this lady angry then giggles" the humiliation I felt because she was there and was one of the people that were ignoring me when I required assistance!!! I'm a regular Foschini (Festival mall/East Rand mall) customer and I have never received bad service there ever but at East gate they were HORRIBLE!
