Foschini does not care about cystoners

Bought a cell phone at Foschini Table Bay Mall to use with a Yoco . Foschini should train personal at cel counter. Incorrect phone and the next day they would not let me return it although I specifically told the person what I wanted to use it for. The manager was adamant it could not be returned. Asked for his superior to call me. Still waiting a day later. Been a customer for many years. Will now close my account as Foschini clearly does not care
