FOSCHINI DISAPPOINTS

Went into the store this morning to get a replacement card. My bag with my cards and ID was ****** out of my house. Foschini can only issue a replacement card once you are able to produce a SA ID card , which in my case was ****** with everything ela. Apparently a SA passport is not a valid SA ID document. What a statement! They are also not prepaid to accept a valid SA drivers license. After my horrific ordeal I Foschini proved that they are not very client friendly. After an ordeal like I had, a girl needs retail therapy, but not from Foschini.
