FOSCHINI DEFAULT IN DEBITS-- DO NOT TAKE UP DEBITS WITH FOSCHINI!!

i received an sms stating my account is in arrears, you run a debit order every month , i have never not had money available for your debits, if there is outstanding amount , why did you not debit?? exactly for this reason a debit order was set so that i do not make manual payment and its up to you to debit. I made 4 phone calls to your customer care with noone able to tell me why you missed the debit or if it is on fact missed??? This is to be resolved via debit order in next payment 1 May as i will not go and make a manual payment because of YOUR DEFAULT!! and should this not be met and a manager call me by monday , i will take the matter further with the obudsman and legally and you will be liable for all deformation caused here by you!! im giving you Monday close of business to get a manager to call me as requested with feedback why you defaulted here or further it goes legal!!
