Foschini customer services department not OK!

Have for the past month raised a query with their customer services but every reply states my query has been resolved with reference CS - ***. I have sent 8 emails with an identical reply each time. I guess Foschini uses AI and I’ve been communicating with a robot who have no skills with regard to answering queries and rectifying them.
