Foschini customer service unhelpful

I purchased a R300 gift card on Saturday . Today I realized the lady charged me R600. I asked customer service to assist today. The lady told me she's unable to assist and I need to go to the store. My nearest store is Bluff. The store where I purchased the gift card is Chatsworth. I explained I need the gift card for Saturday morning but need to sort this in Bluff. Suggesting j spend R300 on the card and give it is ridiculous! Unfortunately I got little assistance. What's the point of customer service if you are unable to assist a customer??? #BlackFriday
