Foschini Cresta - Quality Issue Bad/Zero Assistance

Very disappointed/disgusted by the service I received at Foschini in Cresta. I brought 3 pairs of trousers to the store, which I've bought in the last few months, one of which was bought last year November. A pair of jeans I only wore about three times, the leather label on the outside has 'crumbled' and looks like I've had it for years. 2nd one, a formal black trouser, wore about 5 times, seams got tiny elastics sticking out all over, 3rd a black jean after one wash losing complete shape and color. I went to bring this under Foschini's attention but they wouldn't assist me because I didn't have the cash slips anymore, who keeps slips of an item/s that fits them and don't want to return in the 1st place? I completely understand that if that's the policy but I am still complaining about the poor quality of goods I purchased in the Foschini store. I'm a regular buyer, I wasn't even planning on returning any of the items, but when it came to the 3rd one - i had to draw a line. 3 basically new trousers I cannot wear because of bad quality. The lady that assisted me, Patience - got me feeling like she gave me more of a reading lesson and I felt patronized as I understand the policies. But what does Foschini do in this case? She instead reverted me to Clearwater Foschini to see if they can trace one of my slips. If this is how Foschini deals with issues I'd rather not buy from them ever again.
