Foschini consultants are disrespectful to their customers

Received a call from ***) a lady selling me something (home and garden voucher) i said thank you as I do not need it and she asked me why I said I do not need it and she kept asking me why so I told her that I don’t need it and I won’t use it as I’m still staying at home I don’t own a house she then said that I’m too old to be staying at home am i not ashamed to be staying at home at my age and the dropped the call. I’m not sure if this is what foschini is teaching their consultants to disrespect their customers just because they are selling products that they so not need. I call call back to report the incident and i am yet to receive an update from foschini regarding this matter
