What are the requirements to be employed by the Foschini Group? A pulse? Because people skills and a desire to serve some purpose sure as hell isn’t. So well done to your HR dept or partner on hiring the rudest, least helpful persons they could get their hands on.

They’re paid to stand around all day and flirt with other staff members or clients and dismiss paying customers because they don’t care and certainly know nothing about the company they’re employed by.
