Foschini charging sms' after advising them I have no cell

FOSCHINI CHARGING FOR SMS' R2.80, WHILE IN THE POSSESSION OF LETTERS ADVISING THAT I HAVE NO CELL!

I have been a client of Foschini for plus minus 40 years.

They are charging R2.80 for sms' to a cell phone I gave away years ago. I have sent countless but countless letters, e mails, messages, all from their Eastgate branch. I have called Accounts Dept countlessly from their Eastgate branch, to advise them I have no cell. They continue to harrass the person using my old number and hence charging R2.80 on my statement. Some sms charges have been reversed so they know they are "WRONG". I have written to the Regional Manager several times as well, to no avail. Then I stupidly made a purchase of R350.00 and returned same shortly afterwards, they inefficiently omit to readjust the payments, so they can send letters and sms' to a cell number that is used by someone else and charge me R2.80. I have all the letters, e mails, messages and people I advised that I have no cell, as proof. Thank you
