Visited Foschini @ Table Bay Mall To exchange, a big size Short amount R229.00 someone gifted, don’t have slip, i took the T-shirt, the right size and added scarf, to make the total amount, knowing I won’t get Cash without the Slip, okay, a Very nice Guy the Cashier did it, and ask for authorisation, the Lady came and said, that Short is now R129 and I will get with that amount, I was shocked but, I just said, okay it is fine Madam, but She picked it up that the Short was bought from the Account by the Person gifted me, now I must arrange the person to take the Short and return it herself to get a full amount without the receipt either, if She can authorise with the original person brought it without the receipt, then why she gave me with R129? @ Foschini is the very big Company, I’m very disappointed and I want the different please
