Foschini Centurion Mall bad customer service

visited the Foschini Centurion Mall this afternoon enquiring about opening a new account. I had already done it online and I kept on receiving the Sms saying I should submit my documents of which I did several times. So my intention was to at least get clarit since the applying online option isn't working for me. The lady I spoke to showed zero interest she even had her hand on her chick and looked very tired our conversation was really forced. She told me I should go reply to the email I sent even after I had explained that I tried so many times hence I came to the shop. She told me about some link that is in the email that I should use for me to get assistance but the isn't any link I received on my emails. This is by far the worst service I've ever received.
