Foschini - cell phone useless

Last week Sunday I purchased a Hauwei Y7 p as a gift. The sales lady advised it doesn't come with Google services, but that can be downloaded and installed. I advised the previous phone was Honor 8x and wanted something similar. She suggested the Y7. She even advised to download the Findorra App, where you can go and get all the downloads. Sorry to say, it is not that easy. Been struggling to try and get most of the apps from there but it doesn't work. Unfortunately rely a lot on Google Maps and the time line for business as well as other apps. That need Google services to run to work. I called and even offered to pay in a difference to exchange it, and was advised NO. I feel due to the information that sales lady shared or rather didn't, this cell should be returned and exchanged. NOT HAPPY AT ALL. BEEN A LOYAL FOSCHINI CLIENT FOR YEARS. EXPECTED MORE FROM THEM.
