foschini call centre useless

I have called Foschini group 23rd feb to close my sterns account the lady advised there is 59cents i asked her to write oit off and close this account this month i call get trf to 3 differant ppl and once again they need to off set the balance to close the account how **** hard is it to off a balance and close a account then i still have to call back in april to make sure this is done and guess what i am sure in april they need to still off set the balance ect
