Foschini Brooklyn-Worst service EVER!

Worst experience at Foschini Brooklyn, considering that one of their most loyal customer and it makes sad because I really love their clothes. First of all Mahlehonolo was rude and impatient with me because I was using an e-gift which didn't want to go through and she was very irritated because I asked her to call the call center. Secondly I bought pants which I only fitted at home only to discover that the pants are ruined. I was met by a very rude Prudence and the same malehlohonolo who refused to take back the pants which my 5 year old can clearly see that they have not been worn. I don't know what is the process of Tfg in such cases but I want my money!
