Foschini billing me for a cellphone insurance that I don't have

Foschini and Finrite can you please fix the mess that you are doing. I had an insurance with Foschini and February 2018 I reported the phone ******. They gave me the run around until I came to Hello Peter March 2018 to write bout the matter of them not wanting to give me a new cellphone or refund my money. They ended up putting the money on my Foschini card. 2019 October I paid off my Foschini card and the following month I was told that I am owing a cellphone insurance. Which cellphone insurance because I don't have a cellphone insurance with Foschini? I don't have a cellphone that I got though Foschini. Not only have I been paying for cellphone insurance that I don't know off since I lost the cellphone, then reported it ****** I have had Foschini people calling me each and everyday to demand money for a cellphone insurance that I do not have. The cellphone that I have I BOUGHT THROUGH OLX and it does not have insurance. I went to Foschini shops Southgate Mall and Rosebank mall and they told me that they can't help me I must call the call centre. When I call the call centre I am told that I should go to the shops.

To make matters worse I just found out today that my credit score is suffering because of this issue. I want this issue fixed. and I want the foschini name removed from my credit score.
