Foschini / bash online

I don’t understand how the item that I ordered online is not available for me while other customers got their goods, i bought A pair of boots on the 4th of June online, but to my surprise today I received an email that they are out of stock, the money was deducted on my account but for them to return it, it will take 7-10 days can i get some clearity on how does that happen? While when i still check online the store availability, it show that some of the stores still have the item and the size of it.Sent from my iPhone
