Foschini Bash bad service

I purchased 2 x Revlon colorstay foundations for normal to dry skin. When my parcel was delivered by Bash, I saw that the combimation/oily foundation was delivered. I mailed Foschini and was assisted by Zanele. I requested for the products that was incorrectly packed by Foshini to be collected and that the products that I have ordered and paid for to be delivered to me. I was told that they only have a return policy and not a exchange policy! When asked how I must get the correct product Zanele told me I must go to Foschini branches to try and swop! This was not my fault and now I had to battle ro try and source products that I have ordered! I was alao told by Zanele on 2 seperate mails that I will receive an online voucher for the inconvenience that they have caused. It is now 2 weeks later and I still have not receiive the voucher and I am sitting with products that I did not order and that I paid for!
