Foschini Bad Service

I have recently made a purchase on their website on Black Friday. It was beauty products. I have purchased 4 products, so most of their beauty products had a 50% off on the 2nd item. I managed to buy all 4 items on their website and it was charged on my account only one of the item went through. and was delivered to me. Their items get delivered separately.When I was tracking the the other three items it said 3 items postponed delivery cancelled for the last 2 days when I emailed support they told me they were out of stock and will refund me. Now that the 3 items have been refunded I would loose out on the special and now I have to pay full price for just the one item. Please take note that it's not the first time with their bad service.
