Foschini bad customer service

Earlier in the year during lockdown I bought 5 items from Foschini online. 3 of the items did not fit and thus I requested that they come and collect the items that I'm not satisfied with. It took them really long to come and collect the items and on top of that they have only credited 2 of the 3 items I have sent back. I have phoned them and emailed them and absolutely nothing has helped. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm seriously thinking of closing my account.
