FOSCHINI AND THEIR ATTORNEYS TRYING TO ROB ME!
I have an account with Foschini that was supposedly handed over to Fourie & Associates Trust on 2018/07/12. However on 2018/07/19 I received my monthly statement from Foschini reflecting the information below.
Account Number: ********** 000******* Total Due (as at 12 Jul 2018): R585,00 Payment due date: 01 August 2018 What can you still spend (as at 12 Jul 2018): R0,00 Balance (as at 12 Jul 2018): R993,66
As per the statement above, my account is still with Foschini and I am expected to make payment and the STATEMENT ABOVE DOESN'T STATE THAT I HAVE BEEN HANDED OVER NOR HAVE I RECEIVED ANY CONFIRMATION FROM YOUR SO CALLED ATTORNEYS. I am not sure whether there was a communication breakdown between you Foschini and your Attorneys. @Foschini please urgently fix this as I will be making my way to one of your stores to make the payment that is due by 2018/08/01.
