Foschini and Ram Couriers disgusting service.

I purchased an item online, which was meant to be picked up at a TFG store. this item was purchased on the 10th of September. I went numerous times to the store only to hear that nothing has been received. I then tracked the order online which says delivered. I called the call center and spoke to Rowan who advised me that the store did not receive my order and Ram couriers delivered my parcel to a person named Samuel. I am incurring interest on this and made a payment on this item this month as it was put on my account. TFG only tells me to wait. they have no feedback. I am disgusted by this brand which has so many reputable stores under it. All they gave me was a reference of RM266393. Terrible service from both Foschini and Ram Couriers and I will be taking this to every platform available.
