Foschini and MBD

I reported this yesterday however it was seen as a positive review but it was not

I am Sanele N Manyoni (***), Uncle of Andile Manyoni my nephew who happen to have a account with Foschini and put me as a next of kin. Foschini have been troubling me even when I gave them his contact.

This is bothering me I need an urgent intervention in this regard.

To cut the story short, Foschini put me on debt review instead of putting my Nephew Andile Manyoni. When I called MBD I spoke to the lady by the name of Aphile and she did not find my name however find my Nephew's one.

She then advised me to get hold of Andile Manyoni of which I told her that its not my responsibility to do so. Told her that I need this to be sorted out, but till today it has not been sorted.

This now has a negative impact on my credit score as it went from more than 600 to 0. Really this is disturbing, how on earth can such a reputable institution such as Foschini can commit such a stupid negligent, and MBD not to action my concern whenever I tried to reach them its a disgrace.
