Foschini and MBD

My name is Sanele Nelson Manyoni (***), uncle of Andile Manyoni. As i have mentioned Andile is my nephew, he opened the clothing account with Fischini and put me in the application as a next of kin.

Foschini had been calling me for a while last year and i told them that i am not Andile Manyoni but I am the Uncle and also gave them Andile's number coz Andile leaves in JHB and i am in Durban. Ey Foschini kept on bothering me, different consultants called me several times irrespective that i gave them Andile's contact.

So last month i receive the sms that my personal information had been submitted to MBD for collection Following is the message....

MANYONI, we have been given your personal information regarding your DMC Debt Management debt, as per POPIA. Please note that you have been handed over for collections, Call NuDebt on ***, ***.

Them after a while they sent me the following....

Andile now view acc details and statement for MBD bought Foschini acc *** NO DATA NEEDED https://mbdzero.datafree.co/?ddc=p94vi

Mind you all this is sent on my mobile number. This has affected my name very very very bad, my credit score was around 600 to 0. This pieces me off.

I called the number from the sms i received and i find out that its was MDB, I called and spoke Aphile. Aphile asked for my ID number checked using it i did not appear, she then asked my full names and i gave her and she checked and find nothing and she than asked me if i knew Andile Manyoni, i told her that Andile is my nephew and i do not know why my name was with them,

I then asked Aphile to attend to the issue and remove my name from MBD and put Andile's name. She then said to me i should get hold of Andile and i told her that its not my place to do that as i am not the person there are looking for. Till today my matter stood like that no one have ever contacted me and my credit score is still 0

Foschini and MBD are bad news simingly they do not know what they are doing very frustrates people mess peoples life.
