foschini and bash sucks

im frustrated from using bash i bought a top and have been struggling to return it for 20 days i called them on ***then got referred to ***61 and was told i can go to any store and they will return it for me, which i went to foschini wonderpark to return with one look the rude lady told me they dont have that item in their store therefore i must contact bash. i contacted Bash again with no proper feedback and was told to call wonderpark they will return it and bash will refund me and i called foschini wonderpark *** and guess what no one responds all the time. am i going to be stuck with a shirt that doesnt fit me for life as no one wants to assist this is total nonsense
