Foschini adding cost to your account

I came to realise that Foschini is adding additional costs to your account for sending out sms's and emails to your account and also telephone calls. My account is not in arrears but they keep on adding R20 for letters, R2,80 for sms or R30 for emails. What is this? Are they in financial difficulty? You will never be able to pay your account of if they keep on adding. The one month was over R70 added to my account. I am very upset and will not recommend anyone to open an account with them. I will close my account soon.
