Foschini accounting error affecting clirnts

On feburary 2 i payed a 1000 into their account now they can't find it and have sent me late charges of more than a 2500 i sent them proof of payment and talked to the head office the head office said theyed clear the late charge because it was there accounting error but every month i get a email saying my payment is still late and the late charge keeps growing please if anyone can help
