Foschini account fully paid up

Good day,

I have been struugling to get foschini to clear my name off their credit record , after they handed me over to HTN attorneys ,I made a payment arrangement with them to pay off the account in six consecutive months and I finished paying it off last year July 2020, I received a paid up letter and called them to ask for their email address to send it through, they said they will attach it to my profile and remove me so that the balance shows zero and shows that it is paid off,I sent it to them and followed up again via phone call and they acknowledge the receipt of the paid up letter, after some time I went in to their foschini store at South Gate mall to check if indeed they have done it, only to find that it is still marked as if I am still owing it and the paid up letter was not even at least attached to my profile, the lady who assisted me even asked if i sent it and I confirmed that it was sent last year already and i kept following up with them and she was surpised that nothing has been done, Kindly please assist me to get Foschini to clear my name as they promised to do it ,my account still shows that im in debt with them,

Please help.
