Good day I have an account with you guys that I couldn't pay for years because I was unemployed, now am blacklisted. Beginning of this month I went to the store to enquire about my balance and they told me I owe R9200, on the 15th I paid R3000 and the balance on my receipt was R6200, on the 25th which was Tuesday I paid again another R3000 and when I checked the balance on my receipt it was now R3600 instead of R3200. I went again today to the store with the R3600 and what shocked me was that I was told that now my balance was no longer R3600 but R4250, what's ****ing me off is the fact that I paid everything in one month but it seems like everytime I pay the balance is increasing. Please assist
