Foschini account

My mother has an account with Foschini. With written permission from her, stating that I may handle her account I requested that they please cancel/ close her account as they kept charging her for the magazine that we’ve never received. The cancellation has been done but now we have an account of over R900 which no one can explain. Accounts dept can’t see what the problem is as it’s been handed over to the lawyers. The lawyers can’t tell as they don’t have the account details. Who then exactly can tell what’s going on. Is there anyone in that entire dept that actually knows what’s going on. Promises to get back to us have not been kept. What exactly must a person do to get help. Strange that when they want/ need your money or for you to open an account- everyone is of help. The account belongs to MRS MB Ameermia. Acc no ***.
