I called in to the number, supp**** in the SMS i received regarding my account. To my surprise the person i spoke was not very helpful and her tone of voice with me was not appreciated. She did not even try to assist me with my query, so yes, i just hung up on her. I would like this account closed immediately and will pay your R52 you require for books i have not even received!!!! I Have not even bought anything on this account, and i can not understand how i could be treated like this!! I am disgusted with the service and I WANT THIS ACCOUNT CLOSED IMMEDIATELY!! I also feel that that was not customer service any customer would want! PLEASE JUST CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT!!!
