Terrible service and dishonesty. My mother bought a cellphone on her Foschini account, she took insurance as well, after a month whilst she was hospitalized for covid the phone broke, the phone is today still at the Local store Graaff Reinet, according to Foschini they looking for the insurance...every month this account is paid including insurance, what puzzles me, was the phone not supposed to be under warranty.....4 months down the line, no phone, every month account and insurance paid, no feedback, bad worst service, no value for money, terrible and dishonesty
