Purchased shoes online on the 23rd December for a wedding today, has still not been delivered.

Emailed on the 27th to follow up, response only received on the 30th December. I immediately responded as the email came through... No feedback, sent a second email, no feedback. Inboxed on Facebook, no feedback. Posted on Facebook, no feedback.

Staff are extremely unprofessional and response time terrible. I am done using their online store and supporting them!
