Foschini

I opened an account with Foschini Group in 2015, I them lost my job somewhere in 2017, they handed over my account to Credit Solutions Services, I paid all my outstanding balance that was around R6 ,000 on the 10th of April this year I was provided paid up letter buy Credit Solutions Services, I then took the letter to Foschini. but now when I checking my credit profile with Clear core, it still appears even today that I am owing Foschini, and this is painfully blocking me from getting any credit. please help me
